We held our Charity Gala Dinner at Harbour Grand Hong Kong on 17 May. The theme this year was “Singing in the Blue”. The gala aimed at raising funds for providing treatment and assistance for underprivileged children with autism and their families. We were honoured to have over 200 guests joining with us for this meaningful evening.

The programme was wonderful and packed. Music and singing filled the whole venue. A dancing performance by the children of “Learning Buddies” marked the opening of the dinner, followed by a magic show performed by the students from Aoi Pui School. We also showed some treatment videos of our beneficiaries and invited a parent to share her feelings about receiving our services on the stage, letting the guests to better understand how we teach children by ABA treatment. Besides, we organised “Singing Challenge” for the guests to nominate each other to perform by making donations. They were actively involved in this challenge and participated in the live auction as well.

We would like to thank all parties who had donated different items for our charity auction. The gala dinner would not be successful without the generous support from all the guests and the volunteers.
