To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a high-calibre candidate to join us as our Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

  1. Pro-actively manages the day to day operations of the Organisation and service units; ensures smooth service implementation for service users of different programmes
  2. Handles and oversees full spectrum of HR issues and office administration
  3. Supports the Management Team in planning, developing and implementing corporate strategies to ensure operational functions are in compliance with the Organisation’s standard
  4. Engages in financial planning and accounting operations
  5. Takes the lead to build a better workplace and foster a strong team spirit by improving staff satisfaction through various staff initiatives
  6. Establishes procedures or look for alternative system tools for the enhancement of the current therapy schedule planning, internal and external communications
  7. Assists in fundraising events and initiatives of the Organisation

 The Ideal Candidate

  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Social / Public / Business Administration or equivalent  
  2. 5 years or above experience in HR / centre operations on areas of HR administration, financing and office management; with NGO exposures or working experience in training centre would be an advantage
  3. Team facilitation skills: with experience and demonstrated abilities to resolve complex problems impacting people, process and programme issues
  4. Able to operate independently where appropriate, but understand when to escalate issues to management
  5. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English and Chinese) are required
  6. Computer literate; good understanding of trends of IT, social networking and net-engagement
  7. Confident, cheerful, and proactive with a positive working attitude
